Class Title: Police Motorcycle Instructor School
Description: This three week course prepares the instructor candidate to teach the Basic Police Motorcycle School. The first week of the course familiarizes the student with set-up and instruction of the basic practical exercises and provides opportunities to be critics on instructional technique. We have overlapped Basic Police Motorcycle School with the second and third weeks of this instructor course to give instructor candidates hands-on experience teaching the exercises and working with actual students.

Description: This course is designed to develop coordination, balance, control, and the confidence necessary for proficient operation of the police motorcycle, and to familiarize participants with the handling characteristics of their police motorcycle. Class Title: Watercraft Crash Investigations and Management
Description: The focus of this course is management of a watercraft crash. Since watercraft crash investigations are similar to any other traffic crash, this course will cover those aspects that are similar to any traffic investigation. Through this class the investigator can thoroughly investigate and manage all watercraft crashes. Topics covered will include navigational rules, methodical systems to analyze crashes, establishing crash sequences for reconstructing accidents, information sources, evidence collection, and photography.

Class Title: Grade Crossing Collision Investigations
Description: Where railroad tracks run, the potential exists for law enforcement officers to become involved in a specialized highway-rail grade crossing accident investigation. The basic Grade Crossing Collision Investigation (GCCI) course is a four hour class that is designed to assist law enforcement officers more effectively investigate such crashes. The goal of this program is to bring a clearer understanding to officers the challenges associated with investigating highway-rail grade crossing collisions. This class is presented by Union Pacific Railroad Police.

Description: Resilient communities begin with prepared individuals, families, private sector and public leadership engaged together in planning efficient response to disasters as it relates to the health, welfare and safety of all animals. This day-long program addresses specific fundamental concepts and skills associated in developing a coordinated local response that will help alleviate the panic of crisis and minimize the consequences of disasters that affect animal populations and human populations in order to return the jurisdiction to normal as quickly as possible following a major disaster or incident. Additionally, the program will provide individuals with information to assist themselves to become better prepared to respond to any kind of disaster, enhancing their ability to make sound, emergency decisions involving their community, themselves and their animals.
