Civil Division
The Civil Division of the Sheriff’s Office exists to carry out the directives of the courts. This includes serving subpoenas and court orders as well as carrying out evictions and conducting Sheriff’s sales. An area of increasing workload is the domestic violence court orders, including protection orders.
